What Character Consistency processes

We process session credentials, project settings, uploaded images, Character Canon fields, jobs and Audit findings. Paid-alpha waitlist email is used only for access and availability updates.

Authorized creative use

Real-person projects are limited to adults who are the user or explicitly authorized processing. We do not offer identity search, cross-user face matching, biometric authentication or a public gallery.

Storage and retention

Media is private. Audit inputs are deleted after processing and no later than 24 hours unless intentionally saved. Proposed beta retention is 30 inactive days for Free and 180 for Paid.

AI providers

AI image processing is paused during provider verification. No project image is sent for AI inference while this gate is closed.

Your choices

You can review project information, correct the Canon and delete a project. Deletion revokes access and starts removal of media and structured derivatives.

Contact

A verified privacy contact and governing entity must be added before commercial launch. Do not upload sensitive or regulated images during this beta.
