Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and upload only content you own or are authorized to process. Real-person images must depict you or an adult who explicitly permitted the project.

Creative tool, not identity verification

Character Consistency provides probabilistic creative assistance. A Pass is not proof of identity, authenticity or legal compliance.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for source rights, output review, model licenses and downstream rules. Do not impersonate, deceive, harass or exploit anyone.

Beta availability

The service may change, be limited or suspended. Keep independent copies of important work.

Termination

We may remove prohibited projects or revoke access to protect people, rights holders and the service.
